Here are our suggestions for your event. Use this guide to do some pre-planning, then come in to see one of our helpful consultants for food and wine pairings as well as pricing out your soiree.

What is one drink? One drink is equal to ...

1.5 ounces of liquor
5 ounces of wine, or
one 12 ounce beer.

Drinks per person-

The majority of parties and receptions run from 2 to 4 hours. You will need to plan on an average of 3 drinks per person for the first 2 hours.

2 Hour Party Drink Planner-

The total drinks are divided equally amongst wine, beer & spirits. If you will not be serving spirits, you will need to increase the amount of wine and beer.

1 bottle of spirits = 3 bottles of wine = 1 case of beer
